We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
-
Every new member begins with our Intro Experience, which includes three personal training sessions and one week of unlimited Small Group Training.
Your personal training sessions allow us to assess your movement patterns, refine technique, and introduce our structured training model in a focused setting. Your small group week then gives you the opportunity to apply those foundations within our coached, progressive group environment.
For most members, Small Group Training becomes their primary training format. If additional individualized support is recommended, we’ll discuss that with you during your onboarding process.
You can book your Intro Experience online to begin.
-
Our training formats are intentionally designed to work together as one cohesive program — not as isolated sessions.
Functional Strength builds foundational strength and stability.
Power Focus develops strength under fatigue and improves cardiovascular conditioning.
Barre and Pilates support muscular endurance and control.
Athletic Yoga and Stretch sessions enhance mobility, recovery, and joint health.
Rather than choosing random workouts each week, members train within a complementary system that develops strength, conditioning, mobility, and resilience over time.
It’s not about doing more classes — it’s about following a balanced program that supports long-term progress.
-
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or info@reinarayfitness.ca. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
-
Our memberships vary based on the training format (semi-private, small group, or private coaching) and your training frequency
Because every member begins with our Intro Experience, we take the time to assess your goals, movement patterns, and lifestyle before recommending the right option
During your Intro Experience, we’ll walk you through pricing clearly and transparently so you can choose the structure that best supports your long-term progress
We believe in placing you in the right program — not just selling you a membership.
