We’re Hiring:

Group Fitness Trainer

Reina Ray Fitness is growing our coaching team, and we’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Group Fitness Trainer to join our women’s fitness community in North Delta.

We are a boutique training studio for women, offering small-group strength training, semi-private coaching, and personal training in a beautiful facility with a downtown studio feel and a warm, supportive community of women.

Our clients come to us for expert coaching, encouragement, structure, and a place where they feel seen, supported, and strong.

About the Role

This is a part-time independent contractor position, with compensation ranging from $35–$45 per session, depending on experience and qualifications.

We’re looking for someone who loves coaching, connecting with people, and helping women build confidence through movement.

Qualifications

We’re looking for:

Experience in group fitness, strength training, personal training, dance instruction, yoga, barre, Pilates, RAD teaching, or other movement-based coaching would be an asset.

Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is aligned with our coaching values and community.

Certification in one or more of the following disciplines — Group Fitness, Personal Training, Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Dance, or RAD teaching — or currently working toward completing certification in one of these areas, would be considered an asset.

Experience teaching or coaching movement-based classes is also an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is aligned with our coaching values and community.

Additional Requirements

  • CPR certification, or willingness to obtain it

  • Liability insurance

  • Reliability, professionalism, and genuine care for client experience

    Responsibilities

    The right candidate will:

  • Coach small-group fitness classes with clear instruction, energy, and care

  • Provide modifications and support for different fitness levels

  • Create a welcoming and encouraging environmentHelp clients feel confident, safe, and successful in class

  • Follow Reina Ray Fitness programming and coaching standards

  • Contribute positively to our studio culture and client experience
