Using progressive overload, Functional Strength helps you increase strength, improve coordination, and develop stability for daily life and athletic performance. Lift with precision and purpose while achieving both short-term goals and long-term functional health in this results-driven, all-levels class.

  • Challenge your body with precise, low-impact movements designed to strengthen your core, improve mobility, and enhance stability. This class activates intrinsic muscles through intentional, high-repetition exercises that build endurance and control. Accessible yet intense, Barre Mobility and Core empowers you to move with confidence and control.

  • Push your limits in this high-intensity, stationary metabolic conditioning class. Using the EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) format, Power Focus challenges your stamina, builds full-body strength, and ignites your metabolism in a focused 50-minute session. Perfect for those who thrive on precision and control, this results-driven class leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and energized.

  • Get ready to step, groove, and sweat in this high-energy class that feels more like a dance party than a workout! Featuring fun, easy-to-follow choreography set to uplifting music, Step and Groove keeps you moving and smiling while improving coordination and cardiovascular health. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class transforms exercise into pure joy, leaving you energized, uplifted, and feeling amazing long after the final step.

  • Restore your body with deep stretches and targeted tension relief using massage/trigger balls. This class helps release stress, ease tight muscles, and enhance mobility while improving flexibility and balance. Perfect for recovery, Stretch & Release Therapy is a therapeutic escape that leaves you restored and ready to move with ease.

  • Bring your baby along, and experience the many benefits of barre fitness in a safe and welcoming environment! This baby and me class is designed to be a low impact, full body muscle endurance workout, that is safe for both prenatal and postpartum clients. Whether you are pregnant, wear your baby in a carrier, or baby plays on a mat, you'll be sure to get a great work out. Mobile babies are welcome. No baby? No problem! This class is open to all and can be modified for all levels!

  • Mat Pilates is a full body workout. Challenge yourself with a mix of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises in an energizing atmosphere. The focus on core strength can help alleviate discomfort in the back, as well as overall posture and alignment.

    Weights, bands and Pilates ball will be incorporated in this fun class.
