Functional Strength TAMMY - 9:00 AM

Feel supported as you lay the groundwork for better movement and strength in this low-impact, beginner-friendly barre class. Focused on improving core stability, posture, and flexibility, this session sets you up for long-term success while enhancing your overall fitness. Perfect for those starting out or refining their technique, with expert guidance to ensure you move with confidence.
Power Focus MIA - 11:00 AM
Push your limits in this high-intensity, metabolic conditioning class. Using the EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) format, Power Focus challenges your stamina, builds full-body strength, and ignites your metabolism in a focused 50-minute session. Perfect for those who thrive on precision and control, this results-driven class leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and energized.
