Private and Semi-Private Training

For those seeking individualized coaching within a structured, long-term training program.

Our Semi-Private and Private Training formats provide progressive strength programming with greater personalization and accountability.

All new clients begin with our Intro Experience.

A More Individualized Training Pathway

While our Small Group Training follows a cohesive system across multiple formats, Semi-Private and Private Training provide a higher level of personalization within that structure.

These programs are designed for individuals who benefit from reserved coaching time, individualized programming, and consistent weekly scheduling.

Training is progressive, measurable, and aligned with long-term development — not short-term intensity.

Is This The Right Fit For You?

Not every training format is the right fit for every season. We’ll help you determine the pathway that supports your goals and long-term progress.

This pathway may be ideal if:

• Prefer more individualized coaching attention

• Have specific strength or movement goals

• Are returning from injury or time away

• Require a consistent weekly training time

• Value accountability and structured progression

• Want a clearly defined long-term plan

Two Coaching Formats. One Structured Approach.

  • Private Training

Private Training is one-on-one coaching tailored specifically to your goals, training history, and movement needs.

You’ll have a reserved weekly training time and a fully individualized program designed to support measurable progress over time.

This format offers the highest level of personalization and schedule flexibility within a structured framework.

  • Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training provides individualized programming within a small group of up to three clients.

Each member follows their own progressive program while benefiting from shared accountability and a supportive environment.

This format offers personal coaching attention with the energy and consistency of training alongside others.

Commitment and Scheduling

Semi-Private and Private Training are offered in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month membership terms, billed bi-weekly.

Both formats operate on a reserved weekly training time model. Your membership secures a consistent appointment within the Studio schedule.

Because coaching time is reserved specifically for you:

• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations

• Late cancellations are forfeited

• Sessions do not roll over or accumulate

Consistency is essential for measurable strength development, which is why these formats are structured around defined commitment terms.

Why This Model Works

Strength development requires repetition, structure, and accountability.

By committing to a reserved weekly training time within a defined term, you create the consistency needed to build momentum and track meaningful progress.

This is not drop-in coaching.

It is structured, progressive training designed for long-term strength and sustainable results.
