Our comprehensive program includes strength training, cardio conditioning, mobility exercises, and recovery. We specialize in coaching proper form and providing hands-on corrections and adjustments, ensuring safe and effective movement. Our classes are also thoughtfully adapted to be inclusive and supportive for all fitness levels.

  • Feel supported as you lay the groundwork for better movement and strength in this low-impact, beginner-friendly barre class. Focused on improving core stability, posture, and flexibility, this session sets you up for long-term success while enhancing your overall fitness. Perfect for those starting out or refining their technique, with expert guidance to ensure you move with confidence. Grip socks required for this class.

  • Challenge your body with precise, low-impact movements designed to strengthen your core, improve mobility, and enhance stability. This class activates intrinsic muscles through intentional, high-repetition exercises that build endurance and control. Accessible yet intense, Barre Mobility and Core empowers you to move with confidence and control.

  • Build strength and resilience with a class focused on the five key functional movements: lunge, push, pull, hinge, and squat. Using progressive overload, Functional Strength helps you increase strength, improve coordination, and develop stability for daily life and athletic performance. Lift with precision and purpose while achieving both short-term goals and long-term functional health in this results-driven, all-levels class.

  • Push your limits in this high-intensity, stationary metabolic conditioning class. Using interval training, Power Focus challenges your stamina, builds full-body strength, and ignites your metabolism. This results-driven class leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and energized.

  • Classes move through structured, intentional flows with longer holds and controlled transitions to build strength, joint support, and body awareness. Each session has a clear training focus—such as core stability, balance, upper-body support, or mobility—supported by progressive warm-ups that prepare the body safely and intelligently. You’ll receive clear cues, options, and coaching throughout. This is an all-levels training environment where you’re encouraged to work at your own capacity, modify when needed, and progress over time. No yoga experience is required. Purposeful, athletic, and grounded—this class supports better movement so you can train stronger, move more efficiently, and feel better in and out of the studio.

  • Mat Pilates is a full body workout. Challenge yourself with a mix of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises in an energizing atmosphere. The focus on core strength can help alleviate discomfort in the back, as well as overall posture and alignment. Weights, bands and Pilates ball will be incorporated in this fun class.

  • Restore your body with deep stretches and targeted tension relief using massage/trigger balls. This class helps release stress, ease tight muscles, and enhance mobility while improving flexibility and balance. Perfect for recovery, Stretch & Release Therapy is a therapeutic escape that leaves you restored and ready to move with ease.
